Unio Health Partners in the Temple City/Rosemead area seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) to deliver patient care in a clinical office setting under physician supervision. The role involves evaluating patients, reviewing medical history, and performing exams.

Responsibilities include data interpretation, collaboration with the medical team, and pharmacologic management. Applicants need an NP/PA-C license, a Master’s degree, BLS/CPR, and 2–5 years of APP experience with EMR

Position Summary

The NP/PA providescare through the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. Works under the direction of the collaborating Physician and other supervising Physicians.

What you will be doing

• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and perform an appropriate physical exam in a medical office setting
• Interpret and evaluate patient data as authorized by the physician to determinethe management and treatment of patients. Consult with a physician as appropriate.
• Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic medicine
• Work closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in a collaborative effort to provide optimal patient care

What you will bring to the team

• Current NP or PA-C license, Master's Degree in Nursing/Physician Assistant program required.
• Current BLS and CPR certification required.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of EMR systems.
