Job summary

Unio Health Partners in California seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care under supervising physicians. You will assess patients, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements include a current NP or PA-C license with a Master's in Nursing or PA program, BLS/CPR certification, and 2–5 years of clinical experience; EMR knowledge is also preferred.

Position Summary

The NP/PA provides care through the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. Works under the direction of the collaborating Physician and other supervising Physicians.

What You Will Be Doing

• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and perform an appropriate physical exam in a medical office setting


• Interpret and evaluate patient data as authorized by the physician to determine the management and treatment of patients. Consult with a physician as appropriate.


• Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic medicine


• Work closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in a collaborative effort to provide optimal patient care

What You Will Bring To The Team

• Current NP or PA-C license, Master's Degree in Nursing/Physician Assistant program required.


• Current BLS and CPR certification required.


• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting.


• Knowledge of EMR systems
