Unio Health Partners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA-C) for an on-site role at 11770 Bernardo Plz Ct, Suite 270. The NP/PA will evaluate patients, manage care under physician supervision, and collaborate with the medical team.

Requirements include an NP or PA-C license, a master’s degree, BLS/CPR, and 2–5 years of AP experience in a clinical setting, with Urology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The NP/PA providescare through the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. Works under the direction of the collaborating Physician and other supervising Physicians.

What you will be doing

• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and perform an appropriate physical exam in a medical office setting
• Interpret and evaluate patient data as authorized by the physician to determinethe management and treatment of patients. Consult with a physician as appropriate.
• Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic medicine
• Work closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in a collaborative effort to provide optimal patient care

What you will bring to the team

• Current NP or PA-C license, Master's Degree in Nursing/Physician Assistant program required.
• Urology experience required
• Current BLS and CPR certification required.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of EMR systems.
