Unio Health Partners, LLP is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide care under the supervision of collaborating physicians. The role focuses on evaluation, management, and treatment of patients in a multi-specialty practice with Urology emphasis in California.

You will work closely with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care, performing exams, ordering tests, and contributing to care plans in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA-C license; Master's Degree required.
• Urology experience required.
• Current BLS and CPR certification required.
• A minimum of 2–5 years as an Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and perform a physical exam in a medical office.
• Interpret and evaluate patient data with supervising physician to determine management and treatment.
• Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic medicine.

Position Summary

The NP/PA provides care through the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. Works under the direction of the collaborating Physician and other supervising Physicians.

What You Will Be Doing

• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and perform an appropriate physical exam in a medical office setting
• Interpret and evaluate patient data as authorized by the physician to determine the management and treatment of patients. Consult with a physician as appropriate.
• Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic medicine
• Work closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in a collaborative effort to provide optimal patient care
