Job summary

Sentara Health seeks an APP (NP or PA) to join our Internal Medicine Physicians at the Woodbridge, VA location. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with 40 hours weekly (36 patient contact hours; 4 hours admin).

Expect 18–22 patients per day, no on-call, and a closed weekend schedule. The team includes 3 physicians and 9 staff; benefits include comprehensive plans, retirement, CME allowance, student loan reimbursement, malpractice coverage, and Epic EHR with Copilot AI transcription

Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Internal Medicine Physicians at our Woodbridge location in Woodbridge, VA.

Position Highlights

Warm, collaborative and collegial practice with 3 physicians and 9 supporting staff Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm 40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of admin time) 18-22 patients/day No call and practice is closed on Saturday & Sundays

Minimum Requirements

Compensation

The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
