Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Internal Medicine Physicians at our Fort Norfolk location. This full-time role offers a supportive, patient-centered environment on a beautiful waterfront campus, with access to on-site specialties and diagnostic services.

You'll work Monday–Friday with four hours of administrative time weekly, and may have the option to a 4-day work week. A foundation for growth and collaborative care awaits.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in primary care.

Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Internal Medicine Physicians at our Fort Norfolk location in Norfolk, VA. Become a foundational member of our growing primary care team. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a thriving practice alongside a dedicated physician while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a beautiful waterfront location. Located within Sentara's Fort Norfolk medical campus, you'll have direct access to on-site specialty services, including Cardiology, Neurology, Physical Therapy, laboratory services, and diagnostic imaging—creating an exceptional environment for collaboration and comprehensive patient care. Position Highlights

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full‑time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
