Sentara Health is seeking an Inpatient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Neurology Specialists at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA. The role offers 100% inpatient neurology coverage with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and no nights.

Position Highlights

• 100% Inpatient Neurology
• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call during scheduled hours only — no nights, no additional weekend call
• Manageable patient volume (10–12 patients per day)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with hands-on clinical training

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $107,785.60 - $312,000.00 annually.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.

Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
