Job summary

American Family Care Parsippany and Denville is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality urgent and primary care. The APP collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction in a franchised location.

Responsibilities include comprehensive histories, diagnostic assessments, therapy planning, and patient education. Requires PA/NP license in NJ, board certification, and DEA; ER/UC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified by ANCC/AANP/NCCPA with current licensure.
• PA or NP with active licensure and DEA number.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Take detailed health histories and assess medical status.
• Develop diagnoses and coordinate therapy or referrals.
• Initiate emergency measures as needed.
• Interpret data to guide patient management and treatment.
• Educate patients and families on care and wellness.
