American Family Care Hudson is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to care for patients within the scope of training and approved agreement. You will collaborate with other providers to ensure efficient patient flow and high satisfaction. Duties and benefits vary by franchise location.

The role requires PA/NP licensure in NH, board certification, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. AFC centers feature onsite labs and x-ray capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active and current licensure in NH; board certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health histories and order appropriate studies.
• Formulate diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals.
• Institute emergency measures and stabilization when needed.
• Interpret data to determine patient status and treatment.
• Provide guidance on health care and promotion to patients and family.
