Job summary

SSM Health fond du Lac is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (PA) for our outpatient Family Medicine clinic. This 100% outpatient position offers full-spectrum family medicine in a freestanding clinic with on-site labs and X-ray.

Work Mon-Fri during daytime hours with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and enjoy built-in admin time. Experience-driven pay with incentive bonus opportunity and robust benefits including health coverage, retirement with match, CME, malpractice coverage, and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program.
• Ability to obtain PA licensure in Wisconsin.
