Job summary

SSM Health in Wisconsin is seeking an APP (FNP or PA) to join an outpatient Family Medicine practice comprised of 5 physicians and 2 APPs. This 100% outpatient role offers schedule flexibility with a 4- or 5-day week, and no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program.
