SSM Health Dean Medical Group – Waunakee is recruiting an experienced full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join our team of physicians and APP. You will have the opportunity to hold your own patient panel in an outpatient-only setting.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in primary care.
• Primary care experience is a plus.
• Urgent Care and Internal Medicine backgrounds will be considered.
• Current Wisconsin PA/NP licensure.
• Family certification required for NPs.
• APRN credential required for NPs.
• Graduation from an accredited PA/NP program.
