Job summary

SSM Health Dean Medical Group - Waunakee is actively recruiting an experienced, full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join our team of 5 physicians and 1 APP. In this role, you will have the opportunity to hold your own patient panel in an outpatient-only practice with Monday-Friday hours and no call.

We offer a flexible 0.8 to 1.0 FTE, built-in admin time, mature Epic EMR, competitive compensation with bonus opportunities, excellent benefits, and a commitment to work/life balance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of advanced practice provider experience required.
• Primary care background preferred.
• Urgent care and internal medicine backgrounds will be considered.
• Must hold PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin.
• NPs require Family Certification.
• Graduation from accredited PA/NP program.

Your Qualifications

• 3 years' + experience as an Advanced Practice Provider required
