SSM Health's North Fond du Lac outpatient Family Medicine Clinic is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (PA) to join our supportive outpatient Family Medicine practice.

This 100% outpatient, full-spectrum family medicine role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends and admin time built into your schedule, while supporting a patient-focused, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• PA program graduate required.
• Wisconsin PA licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient family medicine care.
• Manage own patient panel in a full-spectrum clinic.
• Coordinate with support staff to ensure efficient care.
