SSM Health's Waupun Clinic is expanding its outpatient Family Medicine team with an APP (FNP or PA). The practice currently has 5 physicians and 2 APPs, offering 100% outpatient care and full-time schedules with flexible options.

No nights, weekends, or holidays, and admin time is built into the schedule. Minimum qualifications include graduation from a PA or NP program and ability to obtain WI licensure; NPs must have Family certification and be APRNs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
