SSM Health in O'Fallon, MO is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or FNP) for a 100% outpatient Family Medicine role at the Highway K clinic, near I-70. The position supports care delivery with a team of 3 physicians and 5 APs, with regular weekday hours and no nights/weekends.

Your Qualifications

• 2 years of experience; preferably in primary care
• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • NPs must have Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification - will see patients from birth and up
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Missouri
