SSM Health in O'Fallon, MO is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or FNP) to join a 3 physician, 5 AP team in a 100% outpatient Family Medicine clinic. The schedule is Monday–Friday with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and built-in admin time to support work–life harmony.

Candidates should have 2+ years in primary care, be able to obtain PA/NP licensure in Missouri, and NPs must hold FNP certification. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Your Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience; preferably in primary care
• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • NPs must have Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification - will see patients from birth and up
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Missouri
