Job summary

SSM Health in St. Charles is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or FNP) to join our collegial Family Medicine office. This 100% outpatient clinic offers Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and built-in admin time to support work-life balance.

Join a team of seven physicians and five Advanced Practitioners who provide patient-focused care with strong support staff and a robust benefits package, including malpractice coverage and CME support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
• Current PA/NP licensure in Missouri.
• 2 years' experience as a provider in a primary care setting.
• Flexible team player.
