Job summary

SSM Health’s O'Fallon Clinic (Highway K) seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or FNP) for a 100% outpatient family medicine role. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends and built-in administrative time to support work-life balance.

Join a collegial team of 3 physicians and 5 APs with a comprehensive benefits package, health/dental/vision coverage, and a production/quality bonus structure. Experience-based salary and paid malpractice are included.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience; preferably in primary care.
• Graduate of PA or NP program; NP must have Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification.
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient family medicine clinic (100% outpatient).
• Mon-Fri, no nights/weekends/holidays; built-in admin time.
• Collaborate with 3 physicians and 5 Advanced Practitioners.

Your Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience; preferably in primary care
• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • NPs must have Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification - will see patients from birth and up
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Missouri
