Job summary

SSM Health in O'Fallon, MO is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or FNP) for a 100% outpatient Family Medicine role at the Highway K clinic, near I-70. The position supports care delivery with a team of 3 physicians and 5 APs, with regular weekday hours and no nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in primary care.
• Graduate of a nationally accredited PA or NP program.
• NPs must have Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification and will see patients from birth and up.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient family medicine clinic setting.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, regular clinic hours.
• No nights, weekends, or holidays.
