SSM Health St. Charles Clinic is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or FNP) to join our Family Medicine office. The role offers 100% outpatient care, daytime hours, and built‑in administrative time with a collegial team of 7 physicians and 5 APs.

Qualified candidates have 2 years in primary care, MO PA/NP licensure, and a flexible, team‑oriented approach. Competitive compensation with benefits is included in a supportive environment near St. Charles, MO.

Your Qualifications:
