Job summary

AtlantiCare in New Jersey is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse to provide high quality, cost-efficient patient care within our FQHC/PACE programs. You will collaborate with physicians, lead preventive care initiatives, and support organizational goals through professional practice and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Master’s degree in nursing, active NJ RN licensure with specialty certification, ACLS/BLS as required, and at least 2 years of RN experience in the field.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in nursing from an accredited school, or grandfathered by NJ law.
• Current RN licensure in New Jersey with board certification in specialty.
• ACLS and BLS/HCP as required by area (Heart Failure requires ACLS).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of specialty as RN in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physician leaders, administration and staff to improve clinical outcomes.
• Participates in quality improvement efforts organization-wide and peer-review processes.
• Engages in education and teaching activities to enhance practice and competency.
