Qualifications
- Masters degree in nursing required or grandfathered by NJ Law.
- Current RN licensure in New Jersey and certified by the State Board of Nursing.
- Certification in area of specialty with privileges; NRNNP, C or RNCNS, C; ACLS required; BLS/HCP required; experience in Heart Failure and Urgent Care settings considerations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physician leaders, administration and staff to improve clinical outcomes.
- Engage in quality improvement efforts organization-wide and serve on divisional/departmental committees.
- Contribute to educational programs and teaching activities within AtlantiCare.
