Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse to provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care in collaboration with physicians. You will establish preventive measures, diagnose and treat illnesses, and work with leaders to improve clinical outcomes in a patient-centered approach.

The role requires a Master’s in nursing, NJ RN licensure with board certification in specialty, ACLS/BLS, and at least 2 years of experience in the state.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited school or grandfathered by NJ Law.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey with board-certified specialty and granted privileges.
• ACLS/BLS certifications and required specialty credentials (e.g., Heart Failure ACLS).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant RN experience in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care in collaboration with physicians.
• Establish preventive measures, diagnose and treat illnesses per joint protocols.
• Improve clinical outcomes through teamwork with leadership and staff.
• Engage in quality improvement efforts and participate in departmental committees.
