AtlantiCare seeks a Lead Advanced Practice Nurse FQHC Quality to advance clinical outcomes across our NJ-based network, delivering high-quality, cost-effective care within an FQHC framework. The role emphasizes preventive care and collaborative practice with physicians to uphold standards.

The position includes educating APRN students, developing curricula, and participating in organization-wide quality improvement efforts, with opportunities to lead committees and teach best practices.

Formación

• Masters degree in nursing from an accredited school or grandfathered by NJ Law.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey and certified by the State Board of Nursing.
• Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP Certification (AGPCNP-BC) required upon hire or transfer.
• APRN privileges from Atlantic City Medical Center medical staff.
• American Heart Association BLS required upon hire or transfer.
• Minimum 2 years experience in field of specialty as RN in New Jersey.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality, cost-effective patient care supporting established specialty practice objectives.
• Establish preventive measures, diagnose and treat illnesses per joint protocols.
• Provide clinical instruction for Advanced Practice Nurse students and develop education curricula.
• Collaborate with physician leaders, administration and staff to improve clinical outcomes.
