AtlantiCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse Lead for the FQHC Quality program. This role provides expert APRN leadership, establishes preventive measures, diagnoses illnesses, and collaborates with physicians to ensure cost-effective, high-quality patient care in a busy FQHC setting.

The position emphasizes education for APRN students, participation in organizational committees, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required or grandfathered by NJ law
• Current RN licensure in NJ and board certification required upon hire or transfer
• AGPCNP-BC certification required upon hire or transfer
• APRN license required upon hire or transfer and BLS by AHA required

Responsibilities

• Lead APRN services in FQHC Quality to support organizational goals and improve outcomes
• Collaborate with physician leaders and administration to deliver high-quality patient care
• Provide clinical instruction for APRN students and contribute to education curriculum
• Participate in peer review and quality improvement efforts across the organization
• Maintain current clinical knowledge and pursue ongoing professional development
