AtlantiCare seeks a Lead Advanced Practice Nurse for our FQHC Quality program. The role leads clinical care, collaborates with physicians, and advances quality improvement through education and interdisciplinary teamwork.

The position requires Masters in nursing, NJ RN license, AGPCNP‑BC, and BLS; 2+ years of RN experience in NJ are expected. Full‑time, day shift with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in nursing (accredited school or NJ grandfathered).
• Current RN license in New Jersey and AGPCNP-BC certification with privileges required.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• 2+ years of RN experience in the NJ specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Lead APRN delivering high‑quality patient care aligned with specialty objectives.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to implement quality measures and joint protocols.
• Provide clinical instruction for APRN students and help develop education curricula.
• Participate in organization‑wide quality improvement and peer review processes.
• Maintain current knowledge and contribute to teaching activities and programs.
