Qualifications

• Master's Degree, Family Nurse Practitioner required.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• National Board Certification as a FNP.
• State of Indiana NP certification for prescriptive authority.
• CSR and DEA licenses.
• BLS certification as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess health status through health history and comprehensive exams.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; manage differential diagnoses.
• Provide consultative services to health team members and community.
• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and policy development.
• Apply health literacy strategies when communicating with patients.
