HealthNet seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced clinical care at Barrington Health Center in Indianapolis. You will provide patient assessments, formulating plans, and education within a diverse community.

This role emphasizes prescriptive authority under Indiana law, collaboration with physicians, and ongoing quality improvement, education, and program development across clinic and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner is required.
• ASN is required; BSN preferred.
• National Board Certification as an FNP is required.
• Indiana NP prescriptive authority license is required.
• CSR and DEA licenses are required.
• BLS certification; other life support may be required per unit.

Responsabilités

• Assess health status with comprehensive history and exams.
• Develop and implement differential diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Provide consultative services to health team members and the community.
• Participate in quality improvement and compliance with standards.
