Atrius Health in Plymouth, MA is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to manage a defined patient panel with comprehensive clinical and administrative duties in a primary care setting.

You will oversee care plans, coordinate with specialists, and monitor chronic and acute conditions while guiding staff for efficient care delivery. Competitive compensation with benefits and growth opportunities within OptumCare.

Formación

• Graduate NP/PA program completion with board certification.
• Active MA NP/PA license and state regulatory compliance.
• National Board Certification in NP or PA practice.
• Current MA DPH CS registration or ability to obtain post‑hire.
• DEA license or prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post‑hire.
• BLS certification maintained at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Comprehensive, longitudinal clinical and administrative coordination of a defined panel.
• Examination, diagnosis and treatment in a primary care setting with care planning and referrals.
• Monitor and manage acute and chronic illnesses; supervise care plans and adjust treatment.
• Collaborate with patients and families to manage care plans.
• Provide consultation regarding hospitalized patients in the panel.
• Provide direction and support to staff to ensure department efficiency.

Educación

Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program

Active, unrestricted Massachusetts NP or PA license

National Board Certification

Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration (Current or ability to obtain post‑hire)

DEA licensure/prescriptive authority (Current or ability to obtain post‑hire)

Maintains BLS certification
