Job summary

Benchmark in Rochester, MN is seeking a Production Inspector to perform routine visual, mechanical and electrical inspection of PCBs, systems and sub-assemblies to ensure quality are met at multiple points in production.

The role requires 1+ year of electronics manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills. This is a full-time position with Shift 1, M-Th 05:30-16:00, offering competitive hourly wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in basic electronics manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective multitasking and ability to work under close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect PCB and system components per process sheets and change orders.
• Verify soldering, markings, placement and quality requirements.
• Enter data into ERP and maintain documentation.
• Provide timely feedback to operations and engineering.
