Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school education or GED.
• BLS certification is required.
• Demonstrated competency at PCT I level, 6+ months inpatient/outpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, timely communication to the RN about patient status.
• Maintain patient safety and de-escalate when needed; assist with restraints per policy.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform vital signs, height/weight, and basic measurements.
• Conduct EKGs, Point of Care tests, bladder scanning, and specimen collection.
