Research Medical Center is seeking an Advanced Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our patient-centered care team. Under the guidance of a registered nurse, you will perform advanced clinical tasks, monitor patients, and help create a safe, welcoming environment for patients and families.

You will observe changes, assist with daily activities, and provide advanced care including phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, and IV line/catheter removal.

Formación

• BLS/Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date
• 1 year of healthcare experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Observe patients, document changes, and communicate them with the nursing team
• Assist with ADLs and safety, including feeding, hydration, bathing, and mobility
• Provide advanced care such as phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, IV line/catheter removal, and wound care
• Support lab collection and clerical tasks to keep care operations running smoothly
• Anticipate patient needs and contribute to a seamless, compassionate experience
