Job summary

WellPower in Denver, CO, is seeking a Mental Health Therapist- EOP to deliver comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management within a continuum of high to low intensity services designed to improve or maintain clients’ ability to function in the community. The role involves assessing progress, documenting clinical interactions, and coordinating services to support recovery and stability.

The position is based at 4455 E 12th Ave, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or other related human services degree.
• One year of experience in mental health or human services preferred.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s license and ability to transport clients in your vehicle; business use coverage may be required.
• LCSW, LPC, or LAC license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help clients meet basic needs for food, clothing, shelter and safety, and assist with income, medical, housing, or other benefits applications.
• Arrange transportation or accompany clients to services as needed.
• Provide psychosocial services across high and low intensity levels to improve functioning.
• Guide clients in daily living skills such as medication use, diet, exercise, hygiene, budgeting, and use of community services.
• Help clients develop social and leisure activities and pursue employment opportunities or supported work environments.
