Job summary

WellPower is hiring a Mental Health Therapist- EOP to deliver comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management for clients across a continuum of care. The role includes assessing needs, coordinating services, and maintaining clinical documentation to support recovery and community functioning.

The position offers responsibilities such as helping clients meet basic needs, arranging transportation, and connecting them to community resources.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related human services degree.
• One year of experience in mental health or human services preferred.
• Must have a valid Colorado Driver’s license and ability to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial services to improve or maintain clients’ functioning in daily life.
• Assist clients with access to basic needs and community resources.
• Document clinical interactions and maintain comprehensive records.
• Coordinate transportation or accompany clients to services as needed.
• Support families and natural supports, and educate on available WellPower services.
• Identify and connect clients to employment, housing, and other supports.

Skills

Valid Colorado Driver’s license

Ability to transport clients

Education

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related human services degree

LCSW, LPC, or LAC license preferred
