Job summary

WellPower in Denver seeks a Mental Health Therapist II (Master's Level) to provide comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management services. This role involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care to move individuals toward recovery.

The position requires a Master’s in social work, psychology, or related field and current Colorado licensure eligibility or within 24 months. On-site work at 4353 E. Colfax Ave, with alternating 7a-7:30p shifts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with current license in CO or able to obtain within 24 months.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with severely and persistently mentally ill population.
• Strong documentation and clinical reporting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic mental health assessments and psychotherapy (individual, couple, and/or group).
• Develop and monitor treatment plans; follow up as clinically indicated.
• Support growth with emphasis on strengths, culture, resiliency, and well-being.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support client development.
• Coordinate services for individuals with additional needs in psychiatric, case management, and medical domains.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per WellPower standards.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions.
• Maintain trauma-informed environment of wellbeing.
