Job summary

WellPower in Denver is seeking a Mental Health Therapist II - Enhanced Outpatient Therapist (EOP) to provide comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management within a continuum of high to low intensity services designed to improve or maintain clients’ community functioning. You will assess, monitor, and follow up with clients to support recovery and independence.

Requires a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related human services, with licensure preferences (LCSW/LPC/LAC).

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or other related human services degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychosocial services within a continuum of high and low intensity offerings to improve or maintain clients’ functioning in daily and community life.
• Assess, monitor, and follow up with clients to meet basic needs (food, shelter, safety, medical/dental care) and assist with applications for benefits.
• Deliver client-centered services including teaching daily living skills, goal setting, and planning for appropriate services.
• Coordinate transportation or accompany clients to services when needed; obtain and carry business-use auto coverage as required.
