Job summary

WellPower in Denver, CO is seeking an outpatient therapist to provide therapy across the lifespan including children, youth, adults, couples and families. Services include diagnostic assessments, individual, family, play, couples and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and coordination with case management and psychiatric services.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, strengths-based, culturally responsive care. Licensure as LPC/LMFT/LCSW required, with 2 years of mental health experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required for the role.
• Licensed required (LPC/LMFT/LCSW).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health or human services.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic mental health assessments as well as individual, family, play, couple, and/or group psychotherapy along with crisis intervention and case management support to assigned individual/ family.
• Develop treatment plans; monitor treatment progress and follow-up as clinically indicated.
• Facilitate the individual and/or family’s growth and development with an emphasis on strengths, culture, resiliency, and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the growth and development of those we serve.
• Facilitate the coordination of services for individuals/ families with supplemental needs in psychiatric, case management, and medical domains.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with WellPower standards.
• Participate in team/department meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions as required.
