Job summary

WellPower in Denver, CO seeks a Mental Health Therapist II to deliver comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management services across a continuum of care. You will assess, monitor, and document consumer progress to promote recovery and community functioning.

This role requires a Master’s degree and Colorado licensure (or ability to obtain within 24 months); experience with severe mental illness is expected. The position is on-site at 4353 E.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or similar field and Colorado licensure (or ability to obtain within 24 months).
• Minimum one year of experience with severe and persistently mentally ill population.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic mental health assessments and individual, couple, and/or group psychotherapy.
• Develop treatment plans; monitor progress and follow up as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support consumer growth and wellbeing.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation per WellPower standards.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions.
