Job summary

Clare Medical of New Jersey seeks an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for a Visiting Physician Practice in New Jersey. You will perform detailed patient assessments, wellness visits, and manage common and chronic diseases.

The role requires NJ APN license, DEA, ability to travel regionally, and EMR proficiency (Athena a plus). We offer excellent salary with bonus opportunities, travel reimbursement, flexible schedule, and strong clinician support.

• Unrestricted APN license in NJ, with at least 1 year clinical experience
• Current DEA/CDS

REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer literate & EMR Proficiency; Experience with Athena a plus
• Unrestricted APN license in the State of NJ with at least 1 year clinical experience
• Current DEA/CDS
• Willingness and ability to work independently
• Personable, passionate and energetic
• Ability to travel within the region
• Previous experience with Medicare eligible patients a plus.
• Bi-lingual a plus
