Job summary

Qualifications

• Education recognized by the U.S. Department of Education from accredited colleges or universities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains appointment schedules for outpatient clinics.
• Assists with clinic access contingency plans by adjusting appointment times, locations or dates.
• Supports patient safety and integrates health/administrative information into CPRS.
• Screens calls and provides information following privacy rules and clinic processes.
• Assists with scheduling and training of other MSA levels and with Beneficiary Travel and related eligibility tasks.
