Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Advanced Medical Support Assistant for the VA NJ HCS, supporting PACT teams across Ambulatory Care. The role involves scheduling, data entry in EMR, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth care for Veterans.

The AMSA position includes working with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining patient confidentiality, and prioritizing tasks with the MSA Supervisor to meet deadlines. It is a full-time, on-site role with federal benefits and ad-hoc telework options.

Responsibilities

• Assist Veterans with outpatient appointment processes and scheduling.
• Support care delivery models (PACT) through administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with RN Manager for triage of clinical calls and routing.
• Enter/modify/retrieve sensitive information in EMR systems while maintaining confidentiality.
