Base pay range: $48,170.00/yr - $48,170.00/yr
The Advanced MSA works collaboratively in an interdisciplinary care model, performs receptionist, scheduling, customer service duties, and maintains appointment schedules for outpatient clinics. Responsibilities include managing clinic access, screening calls, managing patient records, coordinating administrative services, and supporting clinical workflows.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Experience in clerical, office, or customer service work, or one year of above high school education, or an equivalent combination. Grade GS-6 requires one year of experience at GS-5 level, involving administrative support in a healthcare setting, including appointment management, patient communication, and coordination with care teams.
