Air Liquide Electronics is seeking an Advanced Materials Supervisor in Fremont, CA. The role leads an ICP-MS–focused precursor group, coordinating with Lab management to meet safety and quality standards while guiding sample prep and trace elemental analyses in a cleanroom.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemistry or related field with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent.
• Understanding of analytical techniques and experimental design.
• Ability to troubleshoot analytical problems and design experiments.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily updates to Laboratory Manager/Sr. Lab Manager.
• Prioritize production activities and allocate resources to meet requirements.
• Ensure SOPs are current and compliant; participate in quality programs.
• Aid in ICP-MS optimization, sample prep, and waste consolidation.
• Maintain instrument fleet and assist with procurement of consumables.
• Train staff and support cross-training; sustain 6S program.
