Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Chemistry or similar science with 15+ years of experience.
• Master’s in Chemistry with 7+ years of experience or PhD with 2–5 yrs.
• Ability to perform analysis with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage large projects.
• Provide technical support to chemists and non-managerial directions.
• Carry out analyses and research with minimal supervision.
• Develop new lab methods for expanded capabilities.
• Create practical methods for chemicals and materials used in semiconductor tech.
• Investigate customer problems such as contamination issues.
• Maintain instrument performance and preventive maintenance feedback.
• Perform routine and non-routine analyses and data interpretation.
• Prepare analysis reports for customers.
• Publish and present new analytical capabilities at journals and conferences.
• Support customer projects and continuous improvement.
• Train staff on new methods.
• Align with customer needs for new analysis procedures.
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth workflow and satisfaction.
• Assist sales/marketing by producing data sheets and presenting results.
