Air Liquide USA LLC in Fremont, CA, seeks an Advanced Materials Supervisor to lead the Precursor Group in ICP-MS analysis and sample prep within a cleanroom. The role coordinates with Lab Managers to prioritize work, ensuring safety, quality, and timely data delivery to customers.

The candidate will have experience in trace elemental analysis of ALD precursors, strong initiative, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemistry or related field with 2+ years experience.
• Broad understanding of analytical techniques and experimental design.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with LIMS.

Responsibilities

• Support Safety 1st team culture and daily lab updates.
• Prioritize production activities to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure SOPs are current and followed; manage data quality and QC.
