Job summary

HITT is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Executive to lead advanced manufacturing and semiconductor projects in Northern California. You will direct preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while maintaining quality standards.

The successful candidate will manage complex MEP systems, coordinate with clients and partners, and drive business development in the Bay Area market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a general contractor.
• Proven ability to lead executive-level project teams and manage complex programs.
• Demonstrated experience delivering semiconductor facilities or advanced manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, process utilities, and facility turnover.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for advanced manufacturing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, change management, and profitability.
• Coordinate with clients, design partners, trade partners, and internal teams.
• Lead contracts negotiations and resolve scope/schedule/cost issues.
• Mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and other team members.
• Develop proposals, budgets, schedules, and execution strategies with estimators.
