Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline required or equivalent.
• Demonstrated project management experience executing technical projects through design, procurement, installation, and handoff.
• Experience with plant operations, maintenance teams, and improving throughput and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Own pilot, rollout, improvement, and capital projects from conceptual development through operation and handoff.
• Coordinate design across disciplines including electrical, mechanical, controls, and safety as needed.
• Develop scope, criteria, schedules, risks, and acceptance criteria for projects; manage change control and handover.
