Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or capital projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material flow.
• Experience with budgeting and capital project justification.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, or TPM exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capital and operational improvement projects at the Wilmington site.
• Develop scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and risk plans.
• Build business cases and manage financial performance across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to standards.
• Prepare updates and executive-level reporting.
