Qualifications

• Has proven maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and general repairs.
• Can diagnose and resolve most maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
• Takes ownership of work orders and delivers high-quality repairs.
• Prioritizes competing requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicates professionally with residents and supports teammates as needed.
